Will this replace my staff?
Almost never. Good AI automation typically removes the boring parts of work — data entry, classification, drafting — so your team focuses on the parts that need a human. We’ll tell you honestly when AI is the wrong tool for a job.
How do you stop the AI hallucinating?
We use a combination of approaches — constrained outputs (structured JSON, function calling), retrieval grounding (RAG), confidence thresholds, human review for low-confidence cases, and evaluation suites designed to catch regressions before they ship. No approach eliminates hallucination entirely; the goal is to keep it within the bounds your use case can tolerate.
What about data privacy?
We design for it from day one — choosing models with appropriate data terms (often Anthropic / OpenAI Enterprise), keeping sensitive data out of prompts where possible, and using Australian-region inference where it matters.
