We scope care to your actual site and hosting, not a one-size tier.

• Backups you can restore. Backed up off the live site, and periodically restored to confirm they actually work — with a known recovery time, not a shrug.
• Monitoring with a response. Uptime and security monitoring that alerts, paired with an agreed response so an alarm turns into action.
• Clear ownership of the server layer. We state in writing who patches PHP, the OS and security — you, us, or your host — so nothing falls through the gap.
