Software for Real Estate Agencies
Premium agent and agency websites, custom listing portals, lead capture, and the CRM integrations that keep buyer enquiries from falling through the cracks.
The problem
What we usually see when a real estate reaches out.
Real estate is a marketing-intensive business with a software stack that punishes anyone who tries to do it well. Listing data lives in REA Group / Domain / AgentBox / Rex / Eagle / VaultRE. Lead enquiries arrive across half a dozen channels and rarely land in a CRM clean. Premium agency sites that match the listing photography quality are rare — most agency sites still load slowly, look templated, and leak buyer enquiries. The agencies that win are the ones whose digital presence and back-end actually match their physical brand.
The landscape
Where the gap lives.
The Australian real estate software market has consolidated around a handful of CRMs (AgentBox, Rex, Eagle Software, VaultRE, MyDesktop) and two listing portals (REA Group, Domain). Most agencies use one CRM plus listing exports to both portals. The mid-tier agency website market is dominated by templated solutions from a few specialist providers — fine for small agencies, deeply limiting for premium agents who need a brand-led presence. Listings render via REA/Domain iframes with the portal's branding intact, lead capture is generic, and the experience on a buyer's phone in a Saturday open inspection is rarely inspected at the quality bar a $5M-listing agent should care about.
Where bespoke pays back: premium agent profiles where the photography and tone matter, off-market and coming-soon flows for cornerstone buyers, agency-wide platforms that handle multi-office brand consistency, and the back-end integrations that route every enquiry — from REA, from Domain, from the agency site, from a phone call — into one qualified pipeline. The agencies that compound past their suburb usually do so on the strength of the back-end as much as the brand.
Our approach
How we think about it.
Two-sided build. On the public side, a fast premium website that lets the property photography breathe — with a listing pipeline that pulls cleanly from REA / Domain / Rex / AgentBox. On the back-end, the integrations that route every enquiry into one CRM, qualified, with the inspection/appraisal workflow attached. Designed to look as good on a buyer's phone in a Saturday open as it does on a Monday morning desktop.
Why bespoke
Where off-the-shelf falls short.
-
Templated agency websites use REA/Domain iframes with portal branding intact — the listing experience never feels like the agency's own
-
Lead capture from REA, Domain, the agency site, walk-ins and phone calls rarely lands in one CRM cleanly without bespoke routing
-
Off-market and coming-soon listing flows need access controls and qualified-buyer gating that templated sites don't handle
-
Premium agent profiles need design-led treatment that scales — most templates flatten everyone into the same grid
-
Multi-office agencies need brand consistency across locations with location-specific data, which templates struggle with
-
Core Web Vitals on agency sites is usually poor — direct effect on how listings rank in Google search

FAQs
The questions we usually get.
Can you sync listings from REA Group, Domain, or AgentBox?
Yes — most agencies use the REA Group / Domain feeds plus their own CRM. We build the integration layer that pulls listing data cleanly and presents it on your premium site without the templated REA-iframe look.
Will my agents need to learn a new system?
No — we integrate with whatever CRM you already use (Rex, AgentBox, HubSpot, etc.). The website becomes a polished surface on top of the system your team already runs.
How does this differ from an agency-package website from Idashboards / Designworks / similar?
Most agency-package sites are templated front-ends with a fixed feature set. We build custom — the design, the listing presentation, the lead workflow, the integrations all fit your agency specifically. Costs more, lasts longer, and converts better in the segments where presentation matters.
Can it handle off-market or coming-soon listings?
Yes — premium agencies often need a separate workflow for off-market listings shared only with qualified buyers. We build that as part of the same platform with appropriate access controls.
How long until launch?
Premium agent websites typically ship in 6–10 weeks. Full agency platforms with custom listing pipelines run 10–16 weeks depending on the integration scope.
