AlayaCare is a cloud-based care management platform that has become a dominant home care PMS across Australia and New Zealand after acquiring the Procura platform (whose AU customer base was migrated onto AlayaCare). AlayaCare Residential — a separate product targeting the residential aged care sector — has been launched for the ANZ market, putting AlayaCare alongside Telstra Health Comcare, Person Centred Software and Leecare as one of the few platforms covering both home care and residential operations.
