What they came to us with.
The Australian plumbing industry runs on Certificates of Compliance — paperwork that proves regulated work has been completed correctly. CoC me wanted to digitise the workflow end-to-end: plumber to inspector to regulator, replacing forms and faxes with a system designed for the trade.

We designed the system around the real-world handover between plumber and inspector — mobile-friendly first, paperwork-replacing, audit-ready. Roles, permissions, and document flows mapped to how the industry actually works on a job site.
